Threading was too rough and I have sensitive skin so had a rash for two days. On a previous occasion with a different therapist the rash faded after a few hours. It was a gentler treatment and didn’t hurt as much.

They were really rude and made me feel super self conscious about my hair. She pressured me in to getting something done that I didnt really want to get done. They were still lecturing me as I left. I will never book here again, their customer care is terrible.
