A bizarre experience where the hairdresser refused to cut my hair to the length I wanted it because she doesn’t like short hair. I didn’t ask for her opinion! She then cut the hair around my face shorter without asking me if I wanted that. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
I found this person really unpleasant so unfortunately won’t be going back, which is a shame because I’ve had good experiences here in the past.
