Worst experiences I have ever had. Wax treatment wasn’t done well, It was messy and hair still visible. Followed by a disastrous “pedicure” costing £35 just for taking off and putting on shellac. No scrubbing or anything. Very disappointed.

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere before but I have to here, this was a horrid experience. I showed clearly a reference picture for length - I wanted my hair to my collar bone and it’s now to me ears. Awful experience, unprofessional environment
