Even though the reviews seem positive, I wouldn’t recommend this service. Liga was direct and somewhat tried to palm me off to other people when I asked about brow ink, she tried to be hospitable but was also in a rush which resulted in my lashes not being given proper attention. I told her I also wanted them curly and she told me to trust her. I wasn’t happy when I left and when they dropped the day after, she has offered no resolve. Simply refusing to rectify them. You get what you pay for

A team of one, Liga is at the heart of ELO Brows. The Interior & Architect enthusiast originally founded ELO Brows to explore other avenues of artistic expression, but grew fond of the sector and decided to expand and start professional-client treatments.
