Briss was amazing - explained what I wanted; but also advised what would be better for me so I agreed and let her do what she needed too, and it came out perfect; talkative such a bubbly person, and everything is perfect in there from being to staff members being welcoming and friendly.

Booked a specific nail technician. She wasn’t there. I wasn’t told she wasn’t there! Staff are friendly enough. But be honest about nail tech availability.
