As always very welcoming And the treatment was performed well. Friendly and chatty staff.
The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be perhaps it could be a little more relaxing as you can hear the next door treatment but not sure how that could be done given the set up so no criticism of the staff at all.

The staff are really nice and helpful and I was really happy with my nails, they’re lovely. The nail technician made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. The space is a bit small and they were running a bit late but I went over lunch which is naturally a busy period and they were very apologetic.
