Lovely staff.. have been here before. Shame about the music player - it was skipping music every 10 seconds and wasn’t the relaxing bird song music anymore. It went on like this for the whole massage.

Very thorough. They did initially get my appointment time wrong which I had to query when confirmation email received, also didn’t have the requested therapist.
