I wanted a proper manicure all I got was a file and colour for £40! You need to make your descriptions better to manage clients expectations. The salon is also not a nice place, not like in photos - they take you to a stuffy basement floor to have your manicure / pedicure down, no air con and really hot. The lady who did the pedicure was nice and polite and apologised for the experience. But everything else is definitely not worth the money. The worst part, the nail varnish is chipping off after 2 days and that’s a pedicure. Completely ridiculous. Never again.

Really pleasant experience. Kind staff, great atmosphere. Express Mani was of a high standard, and done in a timely manner. I would definitely return.

Lovely staff and friendly welcome. Treatments were finished promptly and I wasn’t charged extra for gels on my toes to ensure they didn’t smudge in my shoes! Thanks team. Will definitely be returning soon.
