Very meticulous, professional manicurist! Gel manicure took up 1 full hour. If you don't like your manis to take that long this place may not be for you ;)
The beautician was lovely and the treatment was not as painful as it usually is for me! I am not sure now how good the treatment in itself was, as I can see hair has grown back only a week after the treatment.
Last minute appointment booked online, no hassle and the wax itself was speedy. Therapist was very friendly.
