The staff were really lovely but the treatment took place in quite an awkward spot in the salon and a tiny chair, making it quite physically uncomfortable
This is a nice salon in a nice location but the first therapist I had was completely clueless when it came to an LVL treatment and even said that when she does the treatment the lashes only lift sometimes. I've had this treatment many ties and always get a lift. Not only did she not lift my lashes but she caused the lashes on one eye to frizz. I went back a few days later to show them the damage and they admitted that instead of a lvl solution they use a perming solution, which has made my lashes feel dry. The second therapist I saw was very nice and tried to fix my lashes but the lift is still not nearly what I get at other places and the frizzy lashes are still frizzy. Needless to say I wouldn't return here for an LVL.
