Really nice salon with very friendly staff. The treatment itself was very good and very quick which is great as I had gone during a lunch break. I would defintaley recommend to all.

Therapist was thorough and fast when threading my eyebrows. Only minor complaint was that the room was roasting so quite uncomfortable.

I booked my appointment online but as I arrived, they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any Hopi Ear Candles in so they would have to rearrange my appointment for two days later.
I arrived for the rearranged appointment 2 days later and the lady who was supposed to be doing the Candling hadn't turned up/was running late/wasn't aware of the appointment. So I then had to wait 25 minutes for her to arrived before I finally had my ears candled.
The procedure itself was fine, just a lot of hanging around waiting.
I was offered £10 off my following appointment, but I think I would have preferred a partial refund. I don't think I'll be going back there, I will try to find somewhere more reliable.
