By far the worst Hollywood wax I have ever received. The lady constantly put the same stick into the wax and after telling her multiple times the wax was burning me she didn't change the temperature or try and cool the wax before applying. My skin felt burnt and sore for the whole next day and now it is cracked and dry. Also she didn't remove all the hairs and I have a lot of regrow already. Super disappointed.

My arms are covered in scars and my skin is peeling after the wax. Just awful

Repeat visit but new staff. Wax wasn't as thorough as it has been previously. Few patches left.
