I was happy to go there, I've got a nice welcome, the staff was nice, the place for the waxing could be more cosy, I was feeling not easy at the beginning but the staff was nice with me and took care about me.

I felt like the lady who did my eyelash extensions didn't want to do them as I have quite fine lashes. However I have had them done before with no trouble. She kept passing comments saying my eyelashes was weak which was untrue as I explained once again that my lashes has always been fine. She pretty much refused the length I wanted in so had to settle for what she wanted. Very disappointed!

The lady that did my nails, Ann-Marie was absolutely brilliant. I usually feel nervous when getting beauty treatments and don't like to talk but with her I spent the whole visit nattering away. She was very professional and gave me a lot of nail care advice. The manicure itself was great and I would definitely go back.
