Upstairs in the hair salon is lovely, but downstairs where they do nails is quite shabby. It was almost like the nail desk was in the middle of the hallway to the rooms for other treatments- felt quite in the way. Also as the treatment was being done it felt uneven ie some areas have darker colour than others and this may have been due to the technician doing a finger or two at a time and losing track of what had been done and what hadn't and now a day later in the light you can see darker nails. Not ideal. Linked to this, the number of times it went in the UV light also would have been wrong as she used this method and this has been proved as it's been less than a week and the colour is chipping in some places and peeling off in others. Gel is meant to last minimum 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed.
