Very disappointed with the lashes. I switched to the salon because it was closer to work and Holly did an amazing job on my nails the other time, but the lady that did my lashes did not. My eyes were glued shut for a good 15 min while she pulled and pried my lashes to open them. Not good. Then lashes were sticking into my eyes and lashes were going in different directions. I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and have never had such a poor experience. I would recommend the salon but I would just check to make sure who the lash lady is before proceeding. She was a very lovely lady, however, I would not get my lashes done with her again.

Shoddy service, they were running late with no communication as to why or how long the wait would be. My nail appointment was rushed in 20 minutes to accommodate the next client and then I ended up paying an extra £10 for soak off. I don’t mind paying £45 for a proper manicure or at least a decent reapplication but this was rushed, untidy and overpriced for the end product. Definitely won’t be going back.
