Pauline was lovely, friendly and professional and matched my lashes to previous ones from another salon. Lashes look lovely and was overall a good experience- would be nice to have some spa music!

Pauline was wonderful, before starting the facial explained everything to me and' was very good I did not feel too much pain but I relaxed. afterwards he told me what my skin needs and what we will do next time.
