Unfortunately the beautician was visiting from another salon so wasn't sure where to find things and she kept getting the gel stuck underneath my nails. That said, I'm very happy with how my nails look. Hopefully this was a one-off incident as I'm sure the other beauticians there are normally great. The ambiance and cleanliness is all good.

Pauline was great. Place slightly tricky to locate as signage was very tiny - they are sharing space with a salon. The space for them downstairs is cramped and needs a bit of tidying but can’t fault the service.
