I met Ellie when I had my first ever b12 injection. She was very professional and thorough with paperwork etc she went out of her way to make me feel welcome and at ease. Her aftercare is also great, her service didn't stop once I'd left she messaged to see if I was ok and hadn't had any problems. And to top it off she is such a lovely person absolutely love her and will continue to have her do my b12!!!!
