My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived early at 10:15, but when another client came in at 10:40, I felt my appointment was rushed. I can't imagine how rushed she would have done my hair if I came in at my actual appt time. Including time spent on the phone to other customers (which I wouldn’t mind if the result was good), she probably spent only around 7 minutes actually blow drying my hair.
I left with my hair all over the place my roots were still very curly.
