I did not get who I booked with whom I knew would be good and was disappointed with massage. Staff were too busy but were friendly. Also check prices on Elley Spa website sometimes cheaper than Treatwell or treatwell say it’s a special deal when it is just normal price

Elley Spa appears to have been going downhill for awhile now, it was amazing when it first started, the massages are generally bad quality and poor value for money now. The atmosphere is also not what it used to be as staff are so busy constantly that you are rushed and the atmosphere is not calming. The treatments are not holistic. You get a feeling staff are on minimum wage being rushed off their feet while management do very little to help. During my Express spa experience i was told it was full body massage and yet I did not have a back massage, it was rushed so much that it was just me being rubbed quickly up and down, if strokes are fast you can not feel them, I could do this myself, also if it’s that fast it is not relaxing. Everything about the massage was abrupt, not relaxing. Even knocking once whilst rushing into the room. Everything adds to the atmosphere. I was expecting an indian head massage but I got a facial where too much gel and oils were used and that massage was also very very fast, for a treatment that lasts one hour twenty minutes I was expecting to be relaxed not oiled to feel like I was going into the oven for Christmas dinner. I think the staff could be good if they were not rushed doing back to back treatments. It’s just not what it used to be and appears to be managed poorly. I will no longer be getting any treatments here or for friends and family. Some of the massage training feels like it must be done online and clearly nobody practices on each other and I feel some massage therapists here have never had a massage and hence do not know what feels good. I am disappointed that I have wasted my money when I could have gone had a proper massage treatment

The heart of the ocean facial always leaves my skin deep cleansed, soft and smooth. The massage is wonderful.. much needed after a long day at work. Cannot recommend these two treatments enough. Thank you Michelle C & Elley’s Spa!

Good experience, sometimes just felt like I booked something for 75 mins but lasted only for 45-50 mins. Just one thing to correct, rest all is great.
