They’ve done an incredible job at making all customers safe & as comfortable as possible. Greeted with santitiser, a health questionnaire & a contactless temperature reading made me feel really happy that I was entering a safe environment. They have adapted the treatment spaces perfectly to ensure its simple, easy to clean while still being relaxing and enjoyable. To set expectations of course there are some tweaks to the old norm but they are handling them well & offering 5* service as always
