One girl started my wax and one girl finished it - both were very friendly. The wax lasted a full hour and involved a lot of going over the same areas with the wax which was very painful by the end. Had a lot of waxes in my time but this was the longest and was very uncomfortable by the end.
Spa was spotless and staff were very friendly.

I loved the customer service from Anastasia, she was lovely and extremely professional. I found the treatment to be very relaxing and was better than imagined, however the after results weren't that noticeable. I feel I may need a few more sessions of slimming treatment to notice the difference. I will be returning as Elley Spa ticked lots of boxes!
