Very friendly and professional staff. A welcome drink and lovely coffee between treatments. Good attention to detail with eye brow waxing. Nails look great and staff were so friendly and relaxing just would have enjoyed a hand soak to soften cuticles. Will be back soon for more treatments!

Sadly today was not as great as normal. Massage felt rushed and not as well executed as usual. There was also an annoying buzzing today which made it difficult to relax. Nails are good - but disappointed to be charged £13 to remove the gels they put on, think this is expensive anyway but it was worse that I wasn’t told about this additional charge until I got to the till.
