I booked in for a gel removal and polish with Normal varnish which was advertised on Treatwell as a 30-minute treatment but took over an hour, leaving me late for another appointment. The colour then completely lifted off two nails that evening so I had to remove it all and do it myself. Still good value for just removing gels and getting a layer on top to protect, but next time I'd leave getting another colour put on top as it took too long. I still love it and would come back again but will make sure I ring to verify treatment durations before I book in.
