First of all, I was greeted with a lovely smile, like I was a long time friend. I couldn't decide what I wanted, although I had a rough idea. Elizabeth then supplied a solution. I'm not normally chatty at hairdressers, but it was so relaxed, I forgot myself. Elizabeth asked if I was happy with what she was doing at several stages. I was very happy with the end result. On top of that, she makes a lovely cup of coffee.

Elisabeth is very knowledgeable and patient.
I had my hair done in the past by a colourist for several years and he left the UK to work on red carpet in Hollywood. I am saying that because I am Very picky with my hair, specially the colour. I showed Elisabeth some pictures of what I like and used to have from my previous hairdresser, Elisabeth successfully achieved it. I am very happy customer😊

This was the second time I have been to this shop and I will most definitely be returning again and again. I can not fault Elizabeth. A great hairdresser, As a nervous customer I felt listened too, was reassured and felt safe in her hands. I love the cut and style of my hair.
