Nice experience and really nice shaped cut. It would be nice to have toys/distractions as it's sold as a children's haircut. While I was distracting my little one I missed the critical moment to double-confirm the hair length I wanted before it was chopped off! Having said that my daughter and I both love the hair length and she was so professional about it.

I really look forward to having my hair done with Elle. It is really a nice relaxing experience and the treatments are excellent. Elle always asks you exactly how you want your hair styled and at the end always asks if I would like to change anything and I am always pleased with the overall effect.
