Very good experience, don’t like having my hair care but Chloe was lovely made me feel very welcomed and comfortable, she done an amazing job and the salon is very neat and tidy

Turned my hair green and ginger. Asked for a full head of colour over my highlights to go back to my natural colour. Was told she would pre-treat the blonde so it didn’t go a khaki colour, then decided against that and put warmth all over my head. Was fine for 2 weeks but then slowly faded and now my roots are ginger and the ends are a khaki shade. Having to spend £200+ at a new hairdressers to fix this now. Really really disappointed.
