The whole experience at Elles is great. She is very welcoming and friendly and really looks after all your needs. I had highlights and a cut which I was very pleased with the colour and overall style was perfect and she did exactly what I wanted. It is a real pleasure going to the hairdressers now as the whole experience is like going to see a friend.
