This is the 2nd time I have been here. My 1st was with a Groupon. I wouldn't have returned if I wasn't very happy. I had my previous hairdresser for over 10 years, but she gave up after Covid. So, back to this last visit. Elizabeth is quite bubbly. I was offered a drink. We discussed what I wanted and how good my last cut had lasted after 3 months. I wanted it a little shorter this time. It was cut and styled just as we discussed. Worth every penny to get what you want from a hairdresser.

Elle is so lovely, she made me feel so comfortable and totally at ease. We didn’t stop chatting throughout my 3 hour Brazilian Blowdry - it was like we’d known each other forever! The keratin treatment itself was great and I’m so pleased with my haircut too. My hair feels (and looks) amazing! I’ve already recommended Elle’s Hair & Well-Being to my friends and would recommend to anyone reading this too! Thank you Elle, I’ll definitely be back x
