I have a gel polish done regularly buts it lovely to treat myself to a full on manicure once in a while. Ellen is attentive as ever. She was also excellent in giving me my first wax, explained everything and made me feel very at ease.

I booked this place as it has great reviews and is well priced. However, I arrived for my appointment to find that the salon door was locked and the beautician kept me waiting outside for 15 minutes despite me trying to text and call her.
Half way through doing my nails she stopped to take off another woman’s polish which I found very unprofessional.
There was also something wrong with polish that she used as it left air bubbles and a rough finish to my nails. She did offer to redo them for me but not at time that was convenient for me. Disappointing service and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
