First visit and won’t be returning. Appointment was moved back by 30 minutes with only a few hours’ notice; no explanation despite me asking. On arrival, clinician was still with another client who it turned out had extended their booking last minute, pushing mine back, which felt unprofessional. For the price, I wasn’t expecting strip wax on my face; overall experience felt rushed. At the end, there was no proper send-off as clinician was on her phone. I later noticed wax residue in my hair!
