I had an appointment for a BIAB removal, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The guy, who seemed inexperienced, worked on my nails. He filed them unevenly, and they looked terrible. I raised my concern with the lady there, and another guy took over. However, the results were still unsatisfactory, as my nails remained uneven.Please ensure that your staff is properly trained to provide efficient and professional service, so customers don’t feel like their money

I absolutely find coming here the worst experience. Every time I’ve come in, staff are always eating, not hygienic. Having to stop my treatment for another customer. Being told to change my booking because a worker doesn’t start until 2:45. This is ridiculous, a service should be accommodating to the customer not the worker. No wonder why they get no customers. Plus overcharge for average nails. The staff are very unprofessional. Do not recommend here at all. Will never come again, horrible!!

Overall, the result is decent and I liked both the hand shellac and the pedicure. The guy was quick, precise and very good at pedicure. However, I am very concerned about the cleanliness of the saloon and the equipment they use. All the tools like files, brushes, scrapers, were clearly used more than once, which made me wonder whether they have ever been sterilised. I genuinely love the work done but I am not sure I will come back if the cleanliness doesn’t improve.
