Daisy is amazing and so friendly but she’s now never there and standards have hugely slipped.
The new workers don’t speak English which must be a horrible experience for them. I’ve witnessed them being shouted at by customers because they don’t understand what’s being asked. Last time my nails were awful and lumpy because my technician was trying to help his colleague at the same time who couldn’t understand. Always now running late, the place is dirty and run down.
Such a shame.

A gentleman did my nails. Unfortunately BIAB nail peeled off after 3 days - they did helpfully fix this when I went into the salon. The salon needs some TLC.
