I had a Wash, Cut and Blow Dry and have awarded it 4 stars. In general, staff if nice, good value for what you have paid.

Not a fancy salon, but it's clean and the service was great. I was offered a drink and seen immediately, no waiting. The hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted. It's worth knowing that there are a lot of salons on this road for Afro Caribbean hair, but this one seems to be primarily for Caucasian type hair.

I went to Elle Hair and Beauty in Lewisham twice and I absolutely loved the service both times. I had about 3 months in between my first and second visit and they still remembered me. Both times I had a very good experience, I've been given many advices about my hair, and I loved my haircut. Also, the price is in 100% reasonable.

My ears were bleeding listening to the two Russian members off staff talk constantly to each other, for the full hour and 15 minute treatment, only a pause was made to ask what colour i wanted. Not relaxing at all. The nail outcome was fine, however painful at times! Not many gelish colour options either and no french option for gelish, which is generally standard. The pricing was reasonable but i was charged more even though i had pre paid on Wahanda, so be careful of hidden charges.
