Elle Hair & Beauty is a nice little salon offering lots of treatments on Lee High Road. The salon is modern and clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The staff take care to advise on the best colour / style and you feel well looked after. I was quite happy with my treatment, however, was a bit disappointed by the colour (it was quite a bit lighter than expected and left my hair looking a bit streakier than I'd have liked). Other than this, I thought the salon was really good.

Hair cut and blow dry was very bad, the hairdresser cut my layers uneven and when i asked her to blowdry it straight, she made it wavy to cover up the bad cut. My hair is coloured blonde and is quite dry, but after this it felt even more so.
On a positive note the colour was much better, i liked the shade it came out but friends later noticed that there was a still a lot of root showing.
The Hairdresser and her staff seemed nice enough, which makes me sad to leave such a negative review.
