Although the haircut turned out okay, it was the most uncomfortable haircut I've ever had. Everybody in the salon - staff and customers alike - were speaking in another language unapologetically. I wasn't reassured by my hairdresser having to clarify what I wanted by showing me it in a magazine, but as I said it did turn out reasonably well and she was quite attentive to my specific requests. If it wasn't for how awkward I felt I would go back, but being literally spoken over (above my head as my hair was washed) in a foreign language, not being offered a drink when others had cups of coffee, the hair on the mirrors and skirting boards, etc. were enough to mean I will never return or recommend it. I also had an eyebrow wax which could have been pleasant in a room with calming music but the door was left open so I could hear chatter and the hoover during. Shame, as the end result was more than satisfactory.

I have never had my eyelashes done or been to this particular salon. However I am beyond pleased with the results and with the lady who served me. She was absolutely wonderful and extremely friendly and informative. Thank you for a great service all round and I'm looking forward to my refill in the new year.
