I like going here because the staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are great at their job and pay attention to detail making sure they get your hair just right. I have recommended many friends to this salon (both male and female) everyone has walked away happy with the service.

This was literally the worst hair experience of my life. DO NOT GO HERE EVER! I went for a simple touch up to my pre-existing colour - i had some grey to cover. The lady told me that she would touch up the ombre at the same time, The colour at the roots turned out to be a reddy brown (it was previously light brown), the ends ended completely cooked. Where before the ombre was nicely blended, there was not a line between the blonde and red, that was not even straight. Parts of the blonde were yellow/orange and she used no toner. No conditioner when she washed my hair, either. Certainly none of the keratin treatment mentioned in the offer that I paid for. At the end even she told me that 'she wasn't happy with it'. I went home crying. I have now had to spend GBP 180 in stripping out the red and dying it a colour that I could go out in public with. Literally cannot underline how awful it was. I want a refund.
