I have a 3hr hair apt but I was disappointed that the salon made no effort to reach out to confirm whether I was still coming even tho they had my #. Said they’ve been waiting for me but never tried to give me a call. I also want to correct their claim that I arrived late on my first appointment. What actually happened was that I was told I would receive a call once my strand test was done but I ended up calling them bec it was taking too long. I hope £70 is a meaningful gain for your business.
