Initially I wasn't greeted by any staff, but when the lead stylist introduced herself and made a lovely effort to make me feel at ease. I can confidently say that I will return because of the value and brilliant end result of my hair cut and blow dry!

They always do a great job with my nails here and I will definitely go back as it's good value for money. The only small complaint I have is that I arrived on time for my appointment but someone else was still having their nails done. I wasn't given any indication of how long I would be waiting or any apology for waiting. But the reason they overrun is because they always do such a patient job! I have recommended this place to my friends.

The lady who cut my hair was very nice and professional. I only wanted a light trim to get rid of split ends and I got what I wanted. She seven suggested making further small cuts to shape my hair slightly to which I consented and the result was great.
