Overall, a really great experience and great value for money. Would have preferred if the scalp was massaged during the conditioning part.

I was seen by Jurga who is very professional and knows what she's doing. She's very thorough.
I had the first appointment of the day and was running late and Jurga was very accommodating and even though we started late, my appointment didn't feel rushed at all.
The nails look beautiful and I'm really pleased with them.
