I booked a Hollywood lycon wax. The staff were very kind and welcoming and checked on my comfort throughout the procedure. The salon was clean and welcoming - much nicer than some in the area! Will return again :)

The lady who cut my hair (She didn’t introduce herself) was lovely and she did a good job. She was very careful and attentive. Overall the experience could have been improved if the ladies who worked there showed more interest in their customers - they spent a lot of their time talking to each other in Lithuanian and that makes you feel a little bit excluded.
Also the lady at reception when I first arrived almost ignored me completely. I want to go back (my haircut was good) but I’m not sure I will due to the reasons above..
