Upon my arrival at the salon I was barely acknowledged. Being on time, I had to wait without an apology. That apology was received later on when I pour noted out that I had a booking. No beverage was offered as o courtesy! Despite the flashy coffe machine displayed. A fake pretence of friendliness was in the air (which was so vivid). Then the hairdresser started to cut my hair. At one point her pair of scissors (the pointy bit of it) touched my face. She did not make any attempt to say sorry. Although no scratch was visible the feeling was genuine. I asked for some layers, not sure if I had made myself clear enough. Then went the most unpleasant experience in a Hair salon that I ever encountered. As I was requested to have some wavy effects she awkwardly utilised a hair straightener. Pulling out my hair & obviously as before did not care about how it could have been painful. Yes I could have said please not so vigorously but I thought well quicker I go better it will be.
The communication was a bit of a hurdle.
You can tell that those people are not professionals.
Yes it is very very cheap but really, you could look around for better service.
