Excellent haircut and service. They really took the time to cut my hair properly. A lot of hairdressers will cut your hair wet, then blow dry it so it looks perfect and let you go instead of checking how the hair looks as the hair is drying before it's styled. Not Elle, they go the extra step to make sure the cut looks good through and through.

Initially when I was making payment it said my transaction did not go through and the appointment was unavailable. I then received an email saying it had been processed my money had been taken and my appointment was made. However by this time I had already made an another appointment with another salon. I find this so sort of thing a regular thing through Treatwell, such as appointments being cancelled at the last minute, don't think it was the salon fault. However i turned up to appointment.
