Overall I'm satisfied with my haircut. No big chat, no tea or coffee...but who cares? Also the seat and neck holder for washing the hair could be improved. Cheap haircut (for London) though. And she didn't rush. Plus, I didn't have to wait when I arrived. I'll probably go again.
