My hairdresser was warm and helpful but unfortunately now that I’ve returned home I can see that the cut is really terrible, though I know she meant well - it’s very short right below my neck at the back, and on my shoulders at the front without much gradation in between. It’s also totally uneven with gaps and strange chunks missing. I’ve never had a haircut like this and would like a refund.
