I booked a haircut with a SENIOR stylist. The stylist didn't seem confident doing a simple hair cut, shorten and some layers. At home, I noticed that one side was much longer than the other (I've curly hair, so didn't initially notice). I went back, the stylist agreed to fix it. I had to point at the areas that were still longer as she didn't see them. Later at home, I straightened my hair and saw that the cut is not even, there are no layers, it doesn't look professional. I'm not going back.
