I wouldn’t return to this venue. Whilst the treatment (pedicure) itself was good and I think the beauty therapist paid attention to detail, the cleanliness of the venue and the COVID measures were poor. It was also difficult to communicate as the staff spoke little English and this was problematic when the water brought for me to soak my feet in was boiling hot and burnt my feet. The treatment bed was rickety. If it hadn’t been my only option due to the lockdown I would have left immediately.
