Natalie is so lovely. She took her time to understand what I wanted, gave me advice and did such a professional job. This is the second time she has done my hair and I am extremely pleased with both sessions. I have already booked another appointment with her and hope my days of trying to find a good hairdresser are over. Highly recommended.

I don't think it's any real fault of the technician or the salon but I had a bad experience.bad luck for everyone. the technician took a chunk out of my toe and it bled and continues to bleed leaving a black crust around my toenail. sorry for tmi.
