The staff are good but the gel nail manicure done was the worse I never had such a bad experience. Before going for holiday I booked Gel nail manicure based on the reviews but while on holiday after few days the nail gel got chipped and slowly most nail gel started to peel off easily. Just after 5 days. Sure it was not a proper gel used. After returning from holiday I got appointment to fix it but they said for re- do it again pay £25 , why should I pay? I told them to just take off the gel.

It was a lovely place and staff are so friendly. I just found that she was pulling the wax off bit by bit. It was very painful, whilst I get that it's supposed to hurt a little
