The massage was great but the session was much shorter than what I paid for. Finding the place was stressful. There was no sign at the entrance and the phone listed on Treatwell didn’t work. I found it after a while but had to climb stairs to the 2nd floor while carrying work items and with a very sore neck. When I knocked, I was told I should have been waiting in the seating area but there was no indication of this at all. The massage itself was great but I don't think I'll repeat :(

Michelle is very good, welcoming, and very attentive . She explains what she's about to do and gave a clear instruction, very professional and overall I'm one happy lassy after my spa treatment.
